Villa Neónero è una struttura ricettiva con tre suite, a Nicolosi, ai piedi dell'Etna. Ospitiamo al massimo otto persone alla volta e non facciamo parte di nessuna catena: le decisioni si prendono qui.
Con così pochi ospiti il livello del servizio si nota subito, nel bene e nel male. Per questo cerchiamo persone affidabili, precise, capaci di gestire una situazione anche da sole quando serve.
Tutte le posizioni prevedono un contratto regolare. Se abiti fuori zona segnalacelo: valutiamo insieme gli orari.
Non sono tutte disponibili in ogni periodo, ma leggiamo ogni candidatura e la teniamo da parte. Quando si libera un posto partiamo da lì.
Pulizia e riassetto delle suite tra la partenza di un ospite e l’arrivo del successivo: cambio biancheria, bagni, cucine e spazi comuni. Cerchiamo precisione e costanza, più che velocità.
Accogli gli ospiti all’arrivo, spieghi come funziona la casa e resti il loro riferimento durante il soggiorno, per richieste e imprevisti. I check-in sono dalle 20 e la maggior parte degli ospiti arriva dall’estero, quindi serve un buon inglese.
Piccoli interventi di idraulica ed elettricità, cura del giardino e degli spazi esterni, manutenzione della vasca idromassaggio. Cerchiamo qualcuno della zona, che possa intervenire in giornata quando serve.
Non è un’assunzione ma una collaborazione continuativa: guide escursionistiche, autisti per i transfer da e per l’aeroporto, chef a domicilio, fotografi. Se lavori sul territorio e vuoi proporti, scrivici.

We are looking for people who work with care and consistency, in a small property where every detail shows.
Villa Neónero is a three-suite property in Nicolosi, at the foot of Etna. We host a maximum of eight people at a time and we are not part of any chain: decisions are made here.
With so few guests, the standard of service shows immediately, for better or worse. That is why we look for reliable, accurate people who can handle a situation on their own when needed.
All positions come with a proper employment contract. If you live outside the area let us know and we will work out the hours together.
Not all of them are available at any given time, but we read every application and keep it on file. When a position opens up, that is where we start.
Cleaning and turning around the suites between one guest leaving and the next arriving: linen change, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas. We are looking for accuracy and consistency rather than speed.
You welcome guests on arrival, explain how the house works and stay their point of contact during the stay, for requests and for anything unexpected. Check-in is from 8 pm and most guests come from abroad, so good English is needed.
Small plumbing and electrical jobs, care of the garden and outdoor areas, upkeep of the hot tub. We are looking for someone local, able to come the same day when needed.
Not a job but an ongoing partnership: excursion guides, drivers for airport transfers, private chefs, photographers. If you work in the area and want to put yourself forward, write to us.
