Villa Neónero è una struttura ricettiva con tre suite, a Nicolosi, ai piedi dell'Etna. Ospitiamo al massimo otto persone alla volta e non facciamo parte di nessuna catena: le decisioni si prendono qui.
Con così pochi ospiti il livello del servizio si nota subito, nel bene e nel male. Per questo cerchiamo persone affidabili, precise, capaci di gestire una situazione anche da sole quando serve.
Tutte le posizioni prevedono un contratto regolare. Se abiti fuori zona segnalacelo: valutiamo insieme gli orari.
Non sono tutte disponibili in ogni periodo, ma leggiamo ogni candidatura e la teniamo da parte. Quando si libera un posto partiamo da lì.
Pulizia e riassetto delle suite tra la partenza di un ospite e l’arrivo del successivo: cambio biancheria, bagni, cucine e spazi comuni. Cerchiamo precisione e costanza, più che velocità.
Accogli gli ospiti all’arrivo, spieghi come funziona la casa e resti il loro riferimento durante il soggiorno, per richieste e imprevisti. I check-in sono dalle 20 e la maggior parte degli ospiti arriva dall’estero, quindi serve un buon inglese.
Piccoli interventi di idraulica ed elettricità, cura del giardino e degli spazi esterni, manutenzione della vasca idromassaggio. Cerchiamo qualcuno della zona, che possa intervenire in giornata quando serve.
Non è un’assunzione ma una collaborazione continuativa: guide escursionistiche, autisti per i transfer da e per l’aeroporto, chef a domicilio, fotografi. Se lavori sul territorio e vuoi proporti, scrivici.
Mandaci una email con il curriculum in allegato. Indica la posizione che ti interessa, dove abiti, la tua disponibilità e le esperienze che hai già fatto. Due righe scritte da te contano più di tre pagine di formule.

Ogni suite è uno spazio privato e riservato. La cucina, il living e il giardino sono invece ambienti condivisi della villa, pensati per essere vissuti nel rispetto della privacy e della tranquillità di tutti gli ospiti.
La Suite Tifone dispone di una vasca idromassaggio privata, all'interno della suite. Theros & Icaro è pensata per l'ospitalità familiare, mentre Æra offre un'esperienza più intima e riservata.

We are looking for people who work with care and consistency, in a small property where every detail shows.
Villa Neónero is a three-suite property in Nicolosi, at the foot of Etna. We host a maximum of eight people at a time and we are not part of any chain: decisions are made here.
With so few guests, the standard of service shows immediately, for better or worse. That is why we look for reliable, accurate people who can handle a situation on their own when needed.
All positions come with a proper employment contract. If you live outside the area let us know and we will work out the hours together.
Not all of them are available at any given time, but we read every application and keep it on file. When a position opens up, that is where we start.
Cleaning and turning around the suites between one guest leaving and the next arriving: linen change, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas. We are looking for accuracy and consistency rather than speed.
You welcome guests on arrival, explain how the house works and stay their point of contact during the stay, for requests and for anything unexpected. Check-in is from 8 pm and most guests come from abroad, so good English is needed.
Small plumbing and electrical jobs, care of the garden and outdoor areas, upkeep of the hot tub. We are looking for someone local, able to come the same day when needed.
Not a job but an ongoing partnership: excursion guides, drivers for airport transfers, private chefs, photographers. If you work in the area and want to put yourself forward, write to us.

Each suite is a private, self-contained space. The kitchen, living room and garden are shared areas of the villa, meant to be enjoyed with respect for the privacy and quiet of every guest.
The Tifone Suite has a private whirlpool bath inside the suite. Theros & Icaro is designed for family stays, while Æra offers a more intimate and private experience.

Buscamos personas que trabajen con cuidado y con continuidad, en un alojamiento pequeño donde cada detalle se ve.
Villa Neónero es un alojamiento con tres suites, en Nicolosi, a los pies del Etna. Alojamos como máximo a ocho personas a la vez y no formamos parte de ninguna cadena: las decisiones se toman aquí.
Con tan pocos huéspedes el nivel del servicio se nota enseguida, para bien y para mal. Por eso buscamos personas fiables, precisas, capaces de resolver una situación incluso solas cuando hace falta.
Todos los puestos incluyen un contrato en regla. Si vives fuera de la zona, indícanoslo: valoramos juntos los horarios.
No todas están disponibles en cada momento, pero leemos cada candidatura y la guardamos. Cuando se libera un puesto, partimos de ahí.
Limpieza y puesta a punto de las suites entre la salida de un huésped y la llegada del siguiente: cambio de ropa de cama, baños, cocinas y zonas comunes. Buscamos precisión y constancia, más que velocidad.
Recibes a los huéspedes a su llegada, les explicas cómo funciona la casa y sigues siendo su referencia durante la estancia, para peticiones e imprevistos. Los check-in son a partir de las 20 y la mayoría de los huéspedes llega del extranjero, así que se necesita un buen inglés.
Pequeñas intervenciones de fontanería y electricidad, cuidado del jardín y de los espacios exteriores, mantenimiento de la bañera de hidromasaje. Buscamos a alguien de la zona, que pueda acudir el mismo día cuando haga falta.
No es un empleo sino una colaboración continuada: guías de excursión, conductores para los traslados desde y hacia el aeropuerto, chefs a domicilio, fotógrafos. Si trabajas en la zona y quieres proponerte, escríbenos.

Villa Neónero ist ein Beherbergungsbetrieb mit drei Suiten in Nicolosi, am Fuß des Etna. Wir beherbergen höchstens acht Personen gleichzeitig und gehören zu keiner Kette: Entschieden wird hier.
Bei so wenigen Gästen zeigt sich das Niveau des Service sofort, im Guten wie im Schlechten. Deshalb suchen wir zuverlässige, genaue Menschen, die eine Situation bei Bedarf auch allein meistern.
Alle Positionen mit ordentlichem Vertrag. Wenn Sie außerhalb wohnen, sagen Sie es uns: Die Zeiten besprechen wir gemeinsam.
Nicht alle sind jederzeit verfügbar, aber wir lesen jede Bewerbung und behalten sie im Blick. Wird eine Stelle frei, fangen wir dort an.
Reinigung und Herrichten der Suiten zwischen Abreise und Anreise: Wäschewechsel, Bäder, Küchen und Gemeinschaftsbereiche. Uns zählen Sorgfalt und Verlässlichkeit mehr als Tempo.
Sie empfangen die Gäste bei der Ankunft, erklären das Haus und bleiben während des Aufenthalts ihre Ansprechperson, für Wünsche und Unvorhergesehenes. Der Check-in beginnt um 20 Uhr, und die meisten Gäste reisen aus dem Ausland an, gutes Englisch ist daher Voraussetzung.
Kleine Installations- und Elektroarbeiten, Pflege von Garten und Außenbereichen, Wartung des Whirlpools. Wir suchen jemanden aus der Gegend, der bei Bedarf noch am selben Tag kommen kann.
Keine Anstellung, sondern eine laufende Zusammenarbeit: Wanderführer, Fahrer für die Flughafentransfers, Privatköche, Fotografen. Wenn Sie in der Region arbeiten und sich anbieten möchten, schreiben Sie uns.

Nous cherchons des personnes qui travaillent avec soin et avec constance, dans un petit établissement où chaque détail se voit.
Villa Neónero est un établissement de trois suites, à Nicolosi, au pied de l’Etna. Nous accueillons huit personnes au maximum à la fois et nous n’appartenons à aucune chaîne : les décisions se prennent ici.
Avec si peu d’hôtes, le niveau du service se remarque immédiatement, en bien comme en mal. C’est pourquoi nous cherchons des personnes fiables, précises, capables de gérer une situation seules quand il le faut.
Tous les postes s’accompagnent d’un contrat en bonne et due forme. Si vous habitez hors de la zone, dites-le-nous : nous étudierons ensemble les horaires.
Tous les postes ne sont pas disponibles à tout moment, mais nous lisons chaque candidature et la gardons de côté. Quand une place se libère, nous partons de là.
Nettoyage et remise en état des suites entre le départ d’un hôte et l’arrivée du suivant : changement du linge, salles de bains, cuisines et espaces communs. Nous cherchons de la précision et de la constance, plus que de la vitesse.
Vous accueillez les hôtes à leur arrivée, vous leur expliquez le fonctionnement de la maison et vous restez leur interlocuteur pendant le séjour, pour les demandes comme pour les imprévus. Les arrivées se font à partir de 20 h et la plupart des hôtes viennent de l’étranger : un bon anglais est donc nécessaire.
Petits travaux de plomberie et d’électricité, entretien du jardin et des espaces extérieurs, maintenance du bain à remous. Nous cherchons quelqu’un de la région, capable d’intervenir dans la journée quand il le faut.
Ce n’est pas un emploi mais une collaboration régulière : guides de randonnée, chauffeurs pour les transferts aéroport, chefs à domicile, photographes. Si vous travaillez dans la région et souhaitez proposer vos services, écrivez-nous.

Villa Neónero — средство размещения с тремя сьютами в Николози, у подножия Этны. Мы принимаем не больше восьми гостей одновременно и не входим ни в одну сеть: решения принимаются здесь.
С таким небольшим числом гостей уровень сервиса заметен сразу — и в хорошем, и в плохом. Поэтому мы ищем людей надёжных, точных, способных при необходимости справиться с ситуацией самостоятельно.
Все позиции предполагают официальный договор. Если живёте не рядом, скажите: обсудим график вместе.
Не все позиции доступны в любой период, но мы читаем каждую кандидатуру и сохраняем её. Когда место освобождается, начинаем с них.
Уборка и подготовка сьютов между отъездом одних гостей и приездом следующих: смена белья, ванные, кухни и общие пространства. Нам важнее точность и постоянство, чем скорость.
Вы встречаете гостей по прибытии, показываете, как устроен дом, и остаётесь их контактным лицом на время проживания — для просьб и непредвиденных ситуаций. Заезды с 20:00, большинство гостей приезжает из-за границы, поэтому нужен хороший английский.
Мелкие сантехнические и электрические работы, уход за садом и внешними пространствами, обслуживание гидромассажной ванны. Ищем человека из округи, способного приехать в тот же день, когда нужно.
Это не найм, а постоянное сотрудничество: экскурсионные гиды, водители трансферов из аэропорта и обратно, приходящие повара, фотографы. Если вы работаете в этих местах и хотите предложить себя — напишите.

Villa Neónero 是位于尼科洛西、埃特纳山脚下的三套房住宿设施。我们同时最多接待八位客人，不属于任何连锁：决定都在这里做出。
客人这么少，服务的水准立刻显现——无论好坏。因此我们寻找可靠、细致、必要时能独当一面的人。
所有职位均签订正式合同。如果您住得较远请告诉我们：一起商量时间安排。
并非所有职位随时开放，但每份应聘我们都会阅读并保留。有空缺时从这里开始。
您在客人到达时迎接他们，介绍房屋的使用方式，并在整个住宿期间作为他们的联络人，处理需求与突发情况。入住从 20 点开始，大多数客人来自国外，因此需要良好的英语。
请给我们发一封附简历的邮件。写明您感兴趣的职位、居住地、可工作时间和已有经验。您亲笔写的两行字，胜过三页套话。
